How an engagement works

• Scope comes first. Every project starts with a written proposal that sets out what we will build.
• A deposit is due before work starts.
• Revision rounds are part of the process. Your proposal says how many are included.
• You own the website after final payment.
• An optional care plan covers ongoing updates after launch. It is agreed separately from the build.

Typical timelines

A one-page site typically launches in 24 hours or less. Larger builds typically take about 7 business days. Your proposal states the timeline for your project.
