Who we are

This site is run by AgentBolt LLC, doing business as AgentBolt AI, in Orlando, FL. Questions about this notice or your data: sales@agentbolt.ai.

What we collect

This site does not run advertising cookies or analytics at this time.

• Your email address, when you join the waitlist.
• A referral code, if you enter one.
• Which form you used to sign up (for example the main form or the referral form), and the time you signed up.
• A contact record in our customer records at LeadConnector (GoHighLevel), created when you join the waitlist: your email address, the form you used (as a tag) and your referral code if you entered one.
• Booking details you enter on our booking calendar. The calendar is provided by LeadConnector (GoHighLevel) and opens on their page in a new tab; what you enter there is handled by them for us.
• A scrambled (hashed) form of your network address, held only briefly (about a minute) by Cloudflare's rate limiter to limit repeated form submissions. It is not stored with your signup.

Why we collect it

• To manage the waitlist and get in touch with you about it, including from our customer records.
• To schedule and run the calls you book.
• To keep the forms from being abused.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data.

We use service providers to run the site: Cloudflare (hosting and storage of waitlist entries) and LeadConnector (GoHighLevel) for booking and as our customer records, where each waitlist signup is also added as a contact. They handle data for us and under their own terms.

The background video and its still image are part of this site and are served from the same place as the page (Cloudflare), not from a separate video host.

How long we keep it

We keep waitlist entries, and the matching contact in our customer records, until you ask us to delete them. Each time you submit a signup form we keep a separate record, so if you sign up more than once, every submission is kept.

Deleting your data

To ask us to delete your waitlist entries and your contact record, email sales@agentbolt.ai from the address you signed up with, or tell us which address to remove. For booking details, tell us the name and email you used when booking.
